PROJECTSDeveloping and growing a business is much like any
other complex project. Things may get confusing at times, but the real focus
is on benefits and end-results, and getting them in a timely way. And for us, projects work best when individuals are
fully empowered within a clear and supportive framework. We’ve worked in large hierarchical
organisations. But we’ve also seen how this small team approach can
achieve great results. We’ve seen it at first hand with big
corporations (like BP, Shell, GSK, and Reuters). And with household names
(like the BBC, Which?, and The Guardian). One great example is a project for the BBC, which
created one of the world’s most popular websites (www.bbc.co.uk/news). We’ve worked on projects at the leading edge
and the bleeding edge. We’ve worked with start-ups, and many small and
medium-sized businesses. We’ve worked with community-based networks.
Again and again, we’ve seen empowered individuals, working together,
achieve great results. |
